Assessment before repair or replacement
- We assess fabric, seams, valves and hull attachment.
- Inspection establishes the appropriate scope of work.

Condition assessment, tube selection and replacement
WATS services and replaces tubes on rigid inflatable boats. We start with the boat model, photos and a description of the damage. Scope, price and timing are agreed after assessing the tubes and their attachment to the hull.
Selected projects from our gallery, from rescue boats to leisure RIBs. Colours, details and tube layouts are tailored to each boat.

Every hull needs an individual approach. This typical workflow is adapted to the condition of your boat.
We start with photos, the boat model and the condition of the tubes. An inspection helps determine whether repair or replacement is appropriate.
We establish tube geometry and the hull attachment method, then agree on colours, handles, rubbing strakes and fittings.
For a full replacement, old tubes are removed and attachment surfaces prepared. Any hull damage requires a separate agreement on repairs.
New tubes are made to the agreed design. Materials and joining methods are selected for the construction and intended use.
We fit the tubes to the hull and install the agreed fittings, paying attention to geometry, valve access and usability.
We check airtightness and connections and explain use and care. The detailed inspection scope is agreed for each project.
The decision depends on the condition of the fabric, seams, valves and hull attachment, as well as the extent of the damage. Photos support an initial assessment, but the final scope requires inspection. A local repair and a full replacement are not interchangeable in every case.
The service includes measurements, removal of old tubes, preparation of attachment surfaces and fitting the new construction. Material, colour, handles and rubbing strakes are agreed individually. Hull repairs require a separate agreement.

Before transport, agree the delivery method, date and equipment to be handed over. Completion depends on inspection, the work required and material availability; we confirm timing in the quotation.

Send the boat model and year, overall photos, close-ups of damage and details of previous repairs. Inspection scope and handover documentation are agreed when placing the order. Servicing does not replace safe operating procedures and regular boat checks.

Custom dimensions, colours and printing depend on the product. Send us your requirements so we can review them and prepare a quotation.
We confirm the schedule after reviewing the product, quantity and customisation. Include your target date in the enquiry.
